When our principals decided to combine their portfolios in one servicing shop it was to leverage the cost efficiency provided by the combined scale while continuing to offer the high touch servicing expected by life company borrowers and lenders alike. Our decision to base the operation in Salt Lake City gives us access to a highly skilled and educated workforce at a much lower cost than operating on either coast.
