Three of the nations leading commercial mortgage banking firms have announced the formation of Q10 Capital Servicing, LLC. Based in Salt Lake City, the company will provide commercial and multifamily loan servicing for both mortgage bankers and institutional lenders. Owned by Bonneville Mortgage Company, Triad Capital Advisors and Westcap Corp. the firm launched with a servicing portfolio in excess of $7.3 billion. The company offers independent mortgage banks the opportunity to leverage the lower cost servicing provided by the company’s scale while retaining the high touch service required by borrowers and lenders.
