Q10 Capital Servicing was created to address these needs and more. The company now services over 1,000 loans with a balance in excess of $7 billion. Our experience includes the servicing of both construction and permanent loans along with a portfolio of approximately $1 billion in Ginnie Mae securities.

We provide a state-of-the art servicing platform employing aggressive and comprehensive safeguards for the security and privacy of sensitive client information. Additionally, we maintain a mortgage banker bond with cyber security endorsements. The company provides a platform for both institutional lenders and commercial mortgage banks to assign their cash management and asset management function completely or selectively, retaining non-cash functions if so desired.
